Abolish most laws instead of creating new ones
This hill is unclaimed. Nobody is willing to die on it. Yet. First blood pending.
- Pay, and you hold it.
- Anyone can dethrone you for more.
- Every claim stays on the record.
No claims on the record.
The other side
Most statutes on the books exist because something went wrong first and someone paid for it. Fire codes came after fires. Food labelling came after adulterated milk. Bulk repeal treats that accumulated wreckage as clutter. A landlord or a chemical plant does not become careful once the rule vanishes. Someone always fills the gap, usually whoever already has the most leverage.
