DIE ON THIS HILL
philosophy

Intentions matter more than outcomes in morality

This hill is unclaimed. Nobody is willing to die on it. Yet. First blood pending.

  • Pay, and you hold it.
  • Anyone can dethrone you for more.
  • Every claim stays on the record.

No claims on the record.

The other side

Moral judgment operates on what landed in someone's life. A surgeon who meant well and left a patient paralysed has done a harm that no private motive undoes. Good intentions are cheap and unverifiable, available to anyone who avoids looking closely at consequences. The person harmed still limps. Careful people check results, because results are the only part that reaches anyone else.
